Mauryan High School arranged a field trip to the Baroda Dairy for students of grades 2-9. The purpose of the visit was to show children the various processes of manufacturing and packaging of milk products. The diary representative, Mr. Manoj, showed them various products like sweets, flavoured milk, and milk bags of Gold, Shakti, and a new product, Diamond. Students found the huge machines making butter and packing of milk bags quite interesting. The dairy’s vision is to provide quality milk and milk products to consumers at affordable prices, while ensuring fair returns to the producers. Overall, it was a great experience for our students.
