Managed by Bellwether International Schools
MauryanHigh is managed in partnership with Bellwether International Schools, the K-12 education arm of ALC Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, part of the Goenka Group.
This means our school is not run in isolation. Our academic planning, teacher development, assessment practices and school systems are built and reviewed by an experienced education management team. The day-to-day warmth and character of MauryanHigh stays entirely our own.
For parents, the simplest way to understand it is this: your child attends a neighbourhood school that is backed by the academic standards, training and systems of a national education group.
The Bellwether legacy
ALC Pvt Ltd has been building schools in India since 2016. Over that time, the group has grown into connected areas of work:

What our management partnership covers
Bellwether's involvement at MauryanHigh is active and ongoing. It covers:
- Academic planning: annual curriculum mapping, lesson planning frameworks, and a teaching calendar aligned to CBSE requirements.
- Teacher recruitment and development: support in hiring teaching staff, and a structured year-round training calendar for every teacher.
- Assessment and learning outcomes: common assessment design, periodic learning-outcome reviews, and remedial planning for students who need additional support.
- Academic audits: regular classroom observation and school review visits by Bellwether's academic team, with written findings and action plans.
- Leadership support: mentoring for the Principal and academic coordinators.
- Systems and processes: admissions, parent communication, record-keeping and compliance support.
The team behind the school
MauryanHigh is led on campus by our Principal, supported by our academic coordinators and teaching faculty. Behind them sits Bellwether's central academic and leadership team.
Our teachers meet this team regularly through training sessions, review meetings and campus visits. This way, the standard set centrally is the standard practised in our classrooms.
